EXPERT PLANS X YOUR SCHEDULE

These aren't random workout collections or generic gym plans recycled from the internet. Every programme is built using the same progressive strength training principles I use with my fully coached clients, with check-ins, form feedback and support built in too.

You'll train via my FitnessFox app, which means video demonstrations for every exercise, progress tracking and a super clear structure to follow. All designed specifically for perimenopausal and midlife women, because of course it is!

If you want a proper, structured programme with coaching support but more flexibility around when and how you train, this is for you.

Sculpted Foundations

Brand new to strength training, or it's been so long you might as well be? This is where to start. We build your confidence, establish solid movement patterns and get you actually enjoying yourself as you get stronger.

  • 2 full-body sessions per week

Intermediate

Strong & Shredded

12 weeks

Ready to build more muscle and really change your body composition? This structured programme cranks up the frequency and the challenge to get you stronger, leaner and properly pushing your limits.

  • 3 full-body sessions per week

  • Home-based, dumbbells only

  • Progressive overload across two 6-week blocks

  • Form feedback and check-ins included

Intermediate–Advanced

Muscle Build Gym Plan

12 weeks

Raring to push things even harder in the gym? Yes, mate! Four progressive training blocks, free weights, machines and coaching support throughout. You're a badass btch and we're building serious, visible strength.

  • 3 full-body sessions per week

  • Gym-based, free weights and machines

  • Advanced progressive overload across four blocks

  • Form feedback and check-ins included

WHAT THESE PLANS DON’T INCLUDE

These are coached training programmes, but they don't include a personalised nutrition plan or the kind of fully tailored, ongoing 1:1 support where everything adapts around your specific goals week to week.

If you want that full package, with a custom fat loss plan, nutrition coaching and me adjusting everything as you go, that's what my 1:1 coaching is for. Or Project Fox for small-group coaching with a community around you. Plenty of women start with a training plan and move across if and when they're ready for more. Either way, you're in the right place.
