Who it's for

This is for women who want a personalised plan for managing midlife and menopause symptoms and getting stronger, fitter and leaner.

Many women come to me after years of trying to do the "right things" without seeing results. The guesswork stops here.

What we'll do

We start by looking at what's happening now: your movement, eating patterns, stress levels and daily demands. From there, I design a nutrition and strength programme that drives physique changes and muscle growth and gets you results while protecting your energy and long-term health.

How coaching works

You're not handed a plan and left to go it alone. Coaching continues as your body responds and circumstances shift. Training progresses as you get stronger, and nutrition is adjusted when needed. We solve problems together, before they send you off the rails.

I specialise in coaching midlife women because, well, I am one! And I know only too well that fat loss at this stage is rarely straightforward and it can be hard to prioritise our own health.

My work combines strength training and practical nutrition with my two decades of experience working with women.
