WHAT IT IS

Project Fox is a structured group coaching programme combining fat loss and strength training for busy perimenopausal and midlife women.

This isn't a follow-along workout or a motivational fitness challenge. It's proper coaching. You'll receive a tailored, personalised fat loss plan to follow, as well as a progressive strength training plan that fits your life.

You'll be expertly guided by me and surrounded by women on the same path, all of you supported to show up consistently.

WHO’S IT FOR?

Project Fox is for busy women in midlife who want to drop fat and get stronger, to age well into their 40s and beyond, but who do best in a group environment.

It's ideal if you:

  • Want a fully personalised fat loss plan

  • Like learning alongside peers

  • Are tired of fitness phases that never stick

  • Feel more consistent with structure and accountability

  • Would like to build strength and age well

You don't need any previous fitness experience or to make being motivated your entire personality. You just need to be willing to show up and do the thing. I'll handle the rest!

  • You'll get the tools, the structure and the support to lose fat, get stronger and keep making progress, without adding to the overwhelm of perimenopausal life.

  • A calorie deficit plan designed specifically for you and a progressive training programme to build strength (and your confidence) effectively and safely.

  • Group coaching sessions where you will have the opportunity to ask questions, get expert help (from me!) and have your form checked if needed.

HOW IT DIFFERS FROM 1:1 COACHING

This is expert-led coaching that focuses on fat loss first, rather than fully personalised support.

You will receive a personalised fat loss plan with a calorie deficit based on your individual stats, but the coaching and strength training will be within a shared framework alongside the other women on Project Fox. It's a more accessible, community-driven way to be coached.

If you want a truly personal strength programme and highly individualised support, 1:1 coaching with me is a better fit.

But if you want to see some serious fat loss, build your strength and transform your body, and you don't want to do it alone, this is for you!
