Everything you wish you’d been told before 40 - AND MUCH MORE

It all started when…

I realised my body was not responding to my tried and tested method of training

I was constantly injured, tired and frustrated

My body might’ve looked healthy and lean but underneath it was conflicted, I had an inability to shift away from a desire to stay small whilst trying to achieve the physical feats of my 20’s AND having been through two rounds of pregnancies and early motherhood duties it was also STRESSED

This meant I ignored warning signs that I might need to slow down and did what most women do …..I BATTLED ON against my body

I had to accept that after many years of modern living and raising children I wasn’t that person or body anymore - and with this came a 180 shift in my attitude

and Midlife Mastery was created from here

What is it?

A 6 week online programme which includes:

  • How to exercise for a changing body and create better habits to support resilient, pain free living


  • 6 weeks of a structured, progressive exercise plan, live sessions on Tuesdays at 8pm (recorded)


  • Understanding why we may gain weight and how to implement strategies for weight maintenance


  • Weekly online support sessions on fridays at 10am for accountability and sharing struggles/wins


  • Understanding the role of stress on the body and how to implement easy and doable rituals for calming your nervous system


  • Understanding the exact way nutrition impacts our bodies AND how to eat during this phase


  • A 75 minute guided workshop with expert women’s nutritionist Katy Bradbury

  • BONUS - pelvic health and deep core workshop and exercises

HOW IT WORKS

We kick off on Thursday 9th November with a live introduction session to fully go through the 6 weeks. Officially everything begins on Tuesday 14th November with our first exercise session

This takes you right up to Christmas with the final live session on Friday 22nd December

We focus on 3 key pillars

EXERCISE & MOVEMENT

For the duration of the 6 weeks you will join a weekly online 45m exercise session, these are scheduled on Tuesdays at 8pm

This will be recorded ensuring you can follow along in your own time should you miss it

These sessions focus on strength and mobility exercises, the two essential ingredients for a bulletproof body as you age, they are scaled to meet you where you are at level wise

In addition we will also be focusing our efforts on other forms of gentler movement that serve to keep us healthy and the methods we can use to overcome poor motivation thus building more resilient attitudes and habits

BONUS

In a separate bonus chapter you will find some great exercises for your pelvic health and deep core muscles, although we are not heavily focusing on this aspect we understand this is a huge part of women’s health.

NUTRITION

During weeks 3 and 4 we will be focusing on Nutrition for midlife and perimenopause

Expert women’s health nutritionist Katy Bradbury will be delivering a 75minute workshop to best guide you on what to eat to support your body fully in these years

You will receive some assistance also on how to implement these into your lifestyle and current dietary habits

STRESS MANAGEMENT

This is the most underrated part of your health and wellbeing

Most women have lived a life of career, pregnancy, babies, sleep deprivation, partying, socialising, managing finances, house renovations, moving house etc - YOU GET THE PICTURE

Modern living is not set up to support our stress levels and this is singularly why some are struggling with their health, fitness, weight and wellbeing

In weeks 5 & 6 of our programme you will be guided to assess areas of your life that are causing you stress, this is focused on sleep, daily stressors, mindset and more

Our aims are to help you restore a balanced nervous system with simple 5 minute practices that do not overwhelm your already busy life but give your body the opportunity to experience calm and restfulness

LIVES FOR SUPPORT AND QUESTIONS

Every Friday I will be hosting a LIVE Q & A at 10am. This is your opportunity to seek out support and get answers to any struggles you may be having

This programme is about supporting you through and having someone provide accountability, two of the biggest factors that help us get moving and keep moving!

I also want this space to be about sharing our WINS not just our struggles, so il be regularly calling on you to share what has been going well!
