Our next course runs from Monday September 23rd 2019 for 6 weeks

Classes are held on Mondays at 11:30-12:15pm on Monday 23rd September, 30th September, 7th October, 14th October, 21st October and 28th October

Our PHASE ONE 6 week course is perfect for complete beginners starting out on their fitness journey post birth

RECONNECT with your body after pregnancy and birth using specialised breathing, pelvic floor and core exercises

REBUILD & STRENGTHEN your body building a solid structure from head to toe

Our 6 Week COURSE Includes

6 mum & baby weekly classes at The Space East on Mondays

3 x 15-20 minute online exercise workouts (includes image exercise library and video demos)

Online Stretching Routine

Eating well after baby tips provided by Julie Clark Nutrition

Video instructions on how to assess and measure Diastasis Recti or Abdominal Seperation

It can also be perfect for mums who have completed some foundational exercise and are looking for that next challenge

STRONGER - Prepare to feel challenged with our STRENGTH workouts using kettlebells and bodyweight exercises

FITTER - Completing our full body circuits will leave you feeling invigorated and sweaty

HEALTHIER - Rounded off with a SELF MASSAGE routine our plan is focused on full body health

3 x 25 minute online DYNAMIC STRENGTH workouts
