All Strength Lab programmes are built around smart, effective training that fits your schedule and delivers real results.

THE STRENGTH LAB

  • The Strength Lab is a monthly progressive overload training plan designed to make you stronger, more resilient, and confident in your training.

    Training frequency is 2-3x per week

    You’ll need access to a set of dumbbells (ideally a lighter and heavier set) to challenge yourself as you progress.

    This programme is for those who are already comfortable with key movement patterns like squats, lunges, rows, and presses.

    For £26 per month, you get:

    ✔️ Two Progressive strength workouts per week, designed to build strength and muscle

    ✔️ One cardio / conditioning session per week, to improve heart health

    ✔️ Full access to mobility sessions to support your movement and recovery

    ✔️ Flexible training—fit the sessions around your schedule

    This is a rolling subscription, so your plan renews every month, keeping you on track and getting stronger with each cycle.

  • A one off payment for a 8 week self paced programme using strength based movements with bodyweight and a looped band.

    This is for complete beginners who do not have access to weights but would like to get going with learning how to progressively resistance train.

    The training frequency is 2x per week with an optional 3rd conditioning session

  • A one off payment for a 8 week self paced programme designed for beginners to complete at home or in a gym to introduce dumbbell weighted exercises.

    This programme is for those fairly new to exercise and strength training who want to build confidence with loaded/weighted movements. Training frequency is 2x per week with an optional conditioning session

The Strength Lab FAQ

1. Is this a follow along video plan?

This is NOT a follow along video style workout plan with music. This is coaching plan delivered via an app, just click on your session to see exactly what to do, with clear instructions, short video demonstration and coaching guidance on repetitions, sets and weight

2. How will I progress the exercises?

In each training block there will be clear guidance on how to make each exercise harder as you get stronger, and you WILL get stronger!

3. How long are the exercise sessions?

All exercise sessions are designed to take between 20-40 minutes

4. What equipment do I need?

Depending on the programme you will need either a long looped band or a lighter and heavier set of dumbbells. Please be prepared to invest in heavier weights as you get stronger - which you will!

5. Will you help me stay accountable?

Absolutely! You will be part of The Strength Lab group within the app. Here you will have the opportunity to ask questions, get help from me and send your exercise form video for coaching

6. How often do the workouts change?

You will stick to the same 3 workouts for a minimum of 4 weeks before moving on to a new set of exercises. If you’re someone who likes to have a new routine every 1-2 weeks then this plan is NOT for you

About me

Hi Im Kelly and I have a whopping 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Throughout this time, i’ve acquired profound understandings of women’s needs in exercise

My expertise lies in strength and mobility training, particularly in guiding women over 35 and into the menopausal stages.

My passion is empowering women to comprehend their bodies and gain clarity on controllable factors

I am not a ‘go hard or go home’ trainer, neither do I subscribe to ‘6 week transformations’. Im about building real strength for health, longevity and a truly active life
