OUR HIIT SESSIONS ON THIS PLAN ARE The ultimate combination of MOVES for a fit toned body - We squat, we crawl, we jump,
we sweat and above all we have fun!

STARTS SATURDAY 3RD AUGUST AND RUNS FOR 8 WEEKS ON WEDNESDAYS 7:30PM (CENTRAL PARK), THURSDAYS 7:30PM (WANSTEAD FLATS) & SATURDAYS 8:30AM (BOTH LOCATIONS)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Attend 1 or 2 HIIT sessions each week on WANSTEAD FLATS E7 & CENTRAL PARK E6. Classes run on Wednesdays, Thursdays 730-8pm and Saturdays 830-9am in BOTH locations

  • KEEP UP TO DATE EVEN IF YOU ARE AWAY FOR A CLASS - Follow the LIVE online workout via our insta page EVERY week for 8 weeks

  • Be part of a supportive group of ladies, have fun and see some REAL RESULTS

Our aims on HIIT CLUB are to guide you through 3 exercise sessions each week for 8 weeks with a fully structured plan including everything you need to help you look and feel super lean and fighting fit.

FOX-HIIT groups run for 30 minutes meeting at the top of Chesnut Avenue on the Flats AND the field nearest the middle gate on Rancliffe Rd Central Park

You will need to bring along your own exercise mat to each session
