OUR HIIT SESSIONS ON THIS PLAN ARE The ultimate combination of MOVES for a fit toned body - We squat, we crawl, we jump,
we sweat and above all we have fun!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Attend 1 or 2 HIIT sessions each week on WANSTEAD FLATS. Classes run on Thursdays 730-8pm and Saturdays 830-9am

  • Receive HIIT workouts, CORE routines and STRETCH sequences to do at home in between sessions for the full 8 weeks

  • Be part of a supportive group of ladies and see some REAL RESULTS

Our aims on HIIT CLUB are to guide you through 3 exercise sessions each week for 8 weeks with a fully structured plan including everything you need to help you look and feel super lean and fighting fit.

FOX-HIIT groups run for 30 minutes meeting at the top of Chesnut Avenue on the Flats and you will need to bring along your own exercise mat to each session

MUM & BABY GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES AND COURSES

The PERFECT CLASS TO HELP LADIES rebuild
FITness AND STRength POST PREGNANCY

These friendly mum and baby sessions are designed specifically to help ladies regain core strength,
drop post baby pounds and firm up the whole body

What to expect......

Cardio and strength circuits
Modified cardio/strength circuits to improve fitness and build muscle, we use resistance bands,
dumbbells and bodyweight exercises help make you stronger

Core and abdominal exercises
Specific exercises to retrain the pelvic floor and core muscles all helping to safely reconnect and rebuilld the muscles of the tummy

Posture enhancing drills
Releasing tightness with mobility drills in areas such as the hips and chest from pregnancy is
of great importance to help improve posture and achieve flexibility to move well

Classes run for 45 minutes and for all outdoor sessions you will need your own exercise mat

FOXY MAMA STARTER POST NATAL 8WK COURSE

*Our FOXY MAMA POST NATAL Mum and Baby Course is a starter programme with home routines and a progressive structure, its aimed at new mums and runs for 8 weeks - the next course will commence on Monday 14th January 2019, classes @ 11:05-11:50am at The Space East Studio Forest Gate*

The next course starts in October 2019, we are taking a short break due to maternity leave

The cost is £85 for the full 8 weeks and bookings are taken through the space east website www.thespaceeast.com
